The kitchen and the bar read the order exactly as the guest placed it, with their notes ("no chilli", "no ice").

For your guests
Three steps, nothing to install.
- They scan the QR codeon their table, with their phone's camera.
- They pick their disheswith photos, prices and ingredients, in French or English.
- They follow their orderreceived, being prepared, ready. They call the waiter or ask for the bill with one tap.
The real screens
One screen for each role.
On the phone or tablet you already have. Everyone has their own account: their sales and payments stay under their name. The app screens are in French.
The waiter sees what is waiting, in order.
- Alerts at the top: an order to confirm, a dish ready to pick up, a table asking for the bill.
- All tables at a glance: free, ready to serve, to be paid.
- Payments recorded: cash or Mobile Money, with the transaction reference.
- Sound and voice so no order is missed, even with the phone in a pocket.
The kitchen only gets the food, in three columns.
- New, In progress, Ready: one tap to move on, and the waiter is called.
- Late orders go first, with the waiting time.
- A sold-out dish is switched off from the kitchen: it disappears from the guest menu at once.
The bar sees the drinks, and what to take out.
- "To take out now": the total per drink across all waiting orders.
- One tap: "Ready: call the waiter".
- Dark background for a dimly lit counter.
The owner follows everything, even when away.
- Today's figures: sales, paid, still to collect, orders.
- End-of-day report: what each waiter must hand over, Mobile Money payments to check.
- Drinks stock: each sale removes the bottles; the stock count shows what is missing, in bottles and in FCFA.
- A live menu: prices, photos, dishes of the day, happy hours with reduced prices.
- Controls: a price change, a breakage, a cancellation: you see it all.
- Google reviews: a button invites your guests to leave a review.

Good to know before you start
What JADE Resto does not do.
It does not collect the money for you.
Guests pay the waiter, in cash or Mobile Money, as they do today. JADE records the payment; it does not move the money.
It needs internet on site.
If the network is weak, recorded payments wait on the phone and are sent as soon as it comes back.
No delivery for now.
JADE Resto handles orders at the table. Delivery is not offered today.

You may be wondering…
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone's camera, and the menu opens.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. A phone or a tablet for the kitchen and the bar is enough; the ones you already have will do.
Can someone order without being at the table?
Each QR code has a secret code. You can also ask the waiter to confirm the first order from each phone: they visit the table once and check.
What if a guest leaves without paying?
You can set a limit per table, or require each order to be paid before it goes to the kitchen. At night, the report shows what was not collected.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you continue, it is 20,000 FCFA a month. If not, nothing is deleted: your menu and your figures stay there.
Am I locked in for a period?
No. There is no commitment: you pay month by month and stop whenever you want.
